When I first called Jack, I was new to internet shopping as well as being a new rider. Naturally, I was overwhelmed by the 1000's of site options when typing Honda Rebel into the browser, however, I took a chance and randomly chose Jack's Rebel Warehouse and kept my fingers crossed that it was an honest business. Jack was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the parts by my description then offered me the options of new or used and the price differences. He really made me feel comfortable about making a purchase and relieved that I made a good choice of an online vendor. I have made several purchases since Aug. 2010 and am here visiting the site now to place another order today. If he doesn't have it, he finds it!!

I was looking for a specific part for my 450 Rebel and Jack had it. He sent it right away and even sent it to me at no cost! What a great guy. If you need anything for your bike, this is the place to go!

I have been looking for around for years for a cdi box, and could occasionally find a used one for $130 to $150. Very reluctant to buy used electronic component, especially with no known source for another one if that one goes bad. Get up one morning, do a little googling and find Jacks. I got to admit my expectations were not high. But there it is, $99 shipped to my house, and I have a place to get another one. Plus Jack offered his input. Thanks and if I need anything else I will be in touch. ( The bike is running, but after sitting for four years the carb needs a little tlc.)

I ordered Jack's floor boards for my '07 250. At first I wasn't sure if I'd like them, but Jack assured me that if they didn't work out for me, I could return them. Turns out I am amazed at the difference they make. The bike feels much more comfortable now and it's easier to shift gears too!

I ordered a turn signal replacement and stem. But had lost the screw to attach them an dit is not sold separately. Jack found one and included it. For free! And his service was quick and the bets price I found anyway!!

i had spent days trying to locate a part for my 86 rebel 450. website after website after website no luck.. than j&p cycles gave me jacks #. it was 530ish on a saturday afternoon. i called but the shop had already closed. sigh... about an hour later jack himself called me.. i told him my needs and he told me he was pretty sure he had what i needed and would give me the best price possible. dedication and service like this is very rare to find in now-a-days.. i will forever be a loyal customer of Jack's Rebel Warehouse.

Without doubt, the only stop you'll need for your Rebel, I've done business 3 times here, and every time was perfect. Really like the down home feel of being able to talk to a real person, that really knows his Rebel's. No matter what the part is, he also seems to have it, or can get right away.
